This directory contains datasets (deliverable D1) for the IN-CHARGE
project with the references to the experimental and theoretical
prototype structures. Experimental structures are represented by their
COD IDs, theoretical stuctures – by the IDs of the corresponding
theoretical structure databases.

During 2025 this directory will be periodically updated if new
structures are added during the project. After 2025, the directory
will be "frozen" at the latest correct Subversion commit in 2025 and
will continue to be available as an archive.
